• Hotel room reservations will be held until 7/23 after which they will be unblocked. Therefore, it is not possible to book at the same price. Please complete your reservation by the deadline.

• This is the refund policy for group room reservations.
• 100% refund for cancellations made before July 23 at 18:00 (KST).
• No refund for cancellations made after July 23 at 18:00 (KST).
