Reservations can be made until May 30 at 18:00 (KST). After this date, you need to check the availability and the rate may increase.

Room Cancellation Policy

• With a stable supply of hotel rooms and discounted prices, we block contracts for rooms as a group.
• Hotel room reservations will be held until 5/30 after which they will be unblocked. Therefore, it is not possible to book at the same price. Please complete your reservation by the deadline.
• If you need to make a reservation at a later date, please check with the Lodging Office every day to see if you can make a reservation. Lodging Office (053-740-0402)
• This is the refund policy for group room reservations.
• 100% refund for cancellations made before May 30 at 18:00 (KST).
• 30% of the total amount will be refunded for cancellations made between May 30 at 18:00 and June 15 at 18:00 (KST).
• No refund for cancellations made after June 15 at 18:00 (KST).
• * No-shows: Full payment will be charged. (When guests do not check-in without any notice in advance)
• * If payment is not received within 3 days of reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
